Seasons change, and so does our menu

We create dishes with locally-available and seasonal ingredients, but we have a few favorites that are tried and true. Pan and Cake Catering Co. specializes in upscale American gourmet and our menu items are inspired by the rich Midwest agricultural landscape. We are able to customize any menu item, and we are happy to create new and customized menu items. Our chefs are also experienced in creating meals for any special dietary needs. Our sample menus are a great place to start.
