Buffet –
A traditional catered event dining experience, our buffet stations are beautifully designed to provide your guests with a variety of food options and allows them to control their own portion sizes. Our modern, chrome roll-top chafers bring elegance and style for up to 2 hours of guest self-service
Family Style –
Family style service is a great way to invite a more intimate and social dining experience to your event. Large dishes of each menu item are presented to every table and allows guests to serve themselves and pass around beautiful modern, white platters as they would at home with family.
Plated –
Our goal is to provide you and your guests a restaurant-caliber experience of a plated meal. Each plate is carefully designed to wow your guests from presentation to taste.
Stations –
Let your imagination run wild! Custom-designed food stations are a fun and interactive way to provide you and your guests with a creative dining experience. From live-action carving stations to build-your-own pasta bars, the possibilities are endless.

Reserve your date with a signed contract and deposit. Let the planning begin!
Join us for one of our quarterly formal tastings hosted at a local venue to finalize your menu selections.
30 days out, meet with our in-house event coordinator to discuss your day-of timeline, any menu or service style changes, and final details.
2 weeks out, your final guest count is due. You’re almost there!
1 week out, your final balance is due.

As Central Illinois’ premier wedding catering experts, you can confidently book Pan and Cake as your one-stop shop on all things weddings, from engagement parties and rehearsal dinners to wedding receptions, custom wedding cakes, guest favors, and day-of or post-wedding brunch.
Corporate –
Pan and Cake is proud to serve our community’s local businesses and university. We offer drop-off or staffed catering for breakfast, lunch, or dinner from casual to formal events and anywhere in between.

Petite Parties by Pan and Cake –
